BarterBridge is a professional barter marketplace built specifically for business-to-business exchanges. The platform enables entrepreneurs, small businesses, agencies, and professional freelancers to exchange goods, services, and business value through structured trade proposals, supported by AI-assisted insights.
BarterBridge emphasizes trust, transparency, and AI-assisted guidance to support confident, professional decision-making without removing human control.
BarterBridge is not a consumer marketplace and not a casual item-swapping platform. Every interaction is designed to reflect professional intent, accountability, and real business value.
The primary focus for V1 is on established professional entities engaging in business-to-business (B2B) exchange, addressing the client feedback to prioritize and narrow the scope.

AI Matching Discovery: Initial discovery view groups listings by country, with filters showing only countries that currently have active offers.
Local-first discovery by default (e.g. city-based discovery such as Brașov)
Discovery scope can be adjusted via clear user toggles. After account creation, users are immediately presented with AI-suggested listings and a prominent Explore button to encourage first interaction.

Basic potential trade matches
This approach preserves the core BarterBridge idea while keeping V1 lean, understandable, and fast to ship.
V1 introduces a minimal, easy-to-understand subscription model designed to support fast adoption while validating monetization early.
Subscriptions will be implemented using Laravel Cashier. Stripe will be used as the payment provider. No custom billing logic, credits, or wallets in V1. Subscription management (start, cancel, resume) is handled via standard Cashier flows.

The subscription model is deliberately simple to keep V1 focused, predictable, and fast to ship.
AI is designed to support decision-making, never to replace it.
